Melt Pressure Transducer Hole Plugs

Melt pressure transducer/transmitter hole plugs are used to seal old holes that are no longer needed. Our transmitter/transducer hole plugs are made to the same high quality standards as our melt pressure transducers and extruder rupture disks.

Melt Pressure Hole Plugs are available with the following thread options: ½-20UNF, 5/8-11NC, ¾-16UNF, M18x1.5, and M14x1.5. Custom threads are also available.  Call 800-852-8324 for custom threads.

Please note that the hole plugs should be installed when the polymer is molten, and with zero pressure in the system.
