MPI’s ½”-20 UNF thread extruder rupture disks are built to the most common specifications used in the plastics industry and are compatible with Dynisco, Gefran, Oseco, and Fike units. The ½”-20 UNF thread  designs are commonly used on extruders manufactured in North America, Europe, and China.

Because it provides stability over a wide temperature range, Inconel is our standard rupture disc material. However, other materials are available for special applications. Contact us to discuss your material requirements.
